Terms of Service

1. Service Details

SMMProxy provides static ISP and 4G/5G mobile proxies sold by IP for managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X accounts.

We also offer dedicated IPv4 proxies (datacenter) and rotating residential proxies sold per GB. Country, duration, and pricing for each product are as displayed on the purchase page.

2. Account and Login Token

Your account is accessed via a single login token generated in your browser. Only the token's hash is stored on our servers, so you must securely store the token yourself.

If you lose your token, it cannot be recovered. While logged in, you can generate a new token anytime from the dashboard, and the old token will no longer work.

Usage linked to an exposed token is considered the account owner's activity. If you suspect exposure, generate a new token immediately.

3. Balance and Top-Up

• Balance is calculated in USD, accurate to micro units (0.000001 USD).
• Top-ups add to your balance. All orders are paid from this balance.
• Bonus amounts are added to your bonus balance and can be used for purchases.
• Balance and bonus balance are internal funds and cannot be withdrawn to crypto wallets.

4. Orders and Usage Period

• The order price is finalized at the moment of purchase based on the amount displayed on the screen.
• Paid proxies are delivered on the dashboard with host, port, login, and password.
• The usage period starts when the proxy is delivered to the dashboard.
• Extend the duration with a new order. Residential rotating proxy traffic is valid for 90 days from the purchase date.

5. Permitted Uses

Proxies can only be used for legal purposes in compliance with relevant laws. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to each SNS platform's usage rules.

The following actions are prohibited. The company may suspend orders or accounts without prior notice if such usage is detected.

• Spam messages, unwanted bulk sending
• Fraud, phishing, or deceiving others
• Credential stuffing: Repeated login attempts using leaked account information
• Denial of service attacks, unauthorized access, and other attacks on systems
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing illegal content

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your SMMProxy balance according to the refund policy. Failed orders are automatically fully refunded, and IPs that cannot be replaced within the period are refunded for the remaining days. See the refund policy page for details.

7. Scope of Responsibility

The company strives to provide stable service and will replace non-functional IPs within the usage period or process them according to the refund policy.

The company's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order. The company is not responsible for activities conducted using proxies, platform account actions, token mismanagement, or indirect damages or loss of profits.

8. Terms Changes

The company may update terms to improve services or comply with legal changes. Updated terms are posted with their effective date, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
