How do I top up?

1. Select amount card or enter custom amount in dashboard's top-up screen
2. Choose from 12 payment methods.
3. Send the exact amount displayed to the address shown. Payment requests are valid for 60 minutes.
4. Crypto payments lock the exchange rate at request time. Send only the displayed amount regardless of market fluctuations.
5. After network confirmation, top-up amount + bonus auto-adds to balance.

Minimum top-up

Minimum top-up starts at $40 ($20 for some lower-income countries). Your country is auto-detected and shown during checkout.

Many customers start with small amounts to test a few proxies, then top up with bonus amounts as accounts grow.

How much bonus will I receive?

Receive a bonus added to your balance based on the top-up amount below. The bonus can be used for all product purchases.

How is the bonus calculated?

The bonus is calculated as a percentage of the range that the one-time recharge amount falls into. For example, if you recharge $500, you get a +35% bonus of $175, making the balance $675. If you recharge $1,000, you get a +40% bonus of $400, making the balance $1,400.

Agencies with many accounts save most by bulk top-ups for higher bonus tiers. Bonus balances appear separately in your dashboard.

Which Payment Method Should I Choose?

Regardless of the payment method, the top-up balance is displayed in USD, and the bonus ratio remains the same.

• To lower fees: Use stablecoins with low network fees like USDT(TRC20), USDT, or USDC(BEP20, Solana).
• For precise payments without fluctuations: We recommend dollar-pegged coins like USDT/USDC.
• If you want to top up directly with existing coins: BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, LTC are also accepted at the exchange rate of the request time for convenience.

Where can I check my top-up status?

Check top-up status in dashboard's transaction history. Pending transactions show as 'Waiting' until network confirmation completes, then change to 'Completed' with updated balance. Confirmation times vary by network: TRC20, BEP20, Solana are typically fast; BTC may take longer.

Who pays network fees?

Network fees are sender's responsibility. When sending from exchanges/wallets, ensure the full displayed amount arrives (deduct fees beforehand).

When withdrawing from exchanges, double-check that the received amount matches the displayed amount.

Points to Check Before Sending

1. Ensure the coin and network selected on the screen match those in your wallet or exchange.
2. Do not manually enter the address; copy and paste the address displayed on the screen.
3. Ensure the amount received matches the amount shown on the screen.
4. Send within 60 minutes and keep the transaction ID afterward.

What if the sent amount is different?

If the amount arrived differently or was sent after 60 minutes, please open a support ticket on the dashboard. Include the payment method, sent amount, and transaction ID for verification and balance adjustment.

How is the balance used?

Your balance and bonuses are used to buy ISP, mobile, dedicated IPv4, and rotating residential proxies on SMMProxy. Balances can't be withdrawn to crypto wallets - refunds return to your balance for future orders.
