ISP proxies use static IPs registered with real ISPs, maintaining the same IP throughout the period. Mobile proxies use dedicated ports on local 4G/5G networks, allowing IP changes via links or timers. Dedicated IPv4 proxies are datacenter IPs, fastest and most affordable, while rotating residential proxies use residential IPs sold per GB.

For consistent logins from the same location, fixed ISP proxies are the default choice. For app-centric platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram), 4G/5G mobile proxies mimic real phone users. Light tasks (Telegram, Discord, scheduling tools) can use dedicated IPv4 proxies to save costs.

For stable operation, we recommend 1-3 accounts per IP. For important brand or ad accounts, one account per IP ensures the cleanest management. For many accounts, utilize bulk discounts for purchases of 10 or more.

Rotating residential proxy traffic can be used for 90 days from the date of purchase. Choose from 1 GB to 1,000 GB in increments, starting from $0.87 per GB. You can specify the country and city, and choose between a fixed session lasting up to 30 minutes or a new IP per request.

Pay with balance to see proxies immediately in the dashboard. Host, port, login, and password are displayed, and the usage period starts from this point. Lists can be downloaded as .txt files in host:port:user:pass format.

Renewals Are Processed as New Orders. Select the Same Product and Country in the Dashboard to Order Again, and the New Proxy Will Be Ready Immediately. Expiry Dates Can Be Checked Anytime in the Order List.

The country of already received proxies remains unchanged. For IPs in other countries, place a new order for the desired country. Check country availability and pricing when placing your first order.

If the IP stops working during the usage period, submit a support ticket with the order code from the dashboard. We'll replace it with an IP under the same conditions or refund the remaining period.

The order price is finalized at the moment of purchase based on the amount displayed on the screen. The confirmed amount is deducted from the balance immediately, and subsequent price changes do not affect completed orders. Changing the country, duration, or quantity recalculates the price in real time.

Refunds are credited to your SMMProxy balance. Failed orders are automatically fully refunded, and IPs that cannot be replaced within the period are refunded for the remaining days. See the refund policy page for details.

All products support both HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. You can connect the same proxy to browsers, anti-detect browsers, or mobile apps as needed. Protocol-specific ports are listed in the dashboard proxy list.

You can choose between entering a username and password or adding your IP to an allowlist. For anti-detect browsers, the username:password method is usually more convenient. If you're using a fixed server or office connection, the IP allowlist method allows connection without input.

Choose IP rotation interval (from 2 minutes) in dashboard's port settings. IPs will auto-rotate at set intervals. To maintain one IP longer, disable timer and use rotation link manually. Change IPs after logging out active accounts.

ISP proxies and dedicated IPv4 proxies support speeds up to 1 Gbps. Mobile proxies follow local 4G/5G network speeds. Choosing IPs closer to account locations improves response times.

Log in with one token. Upon signup, a login token in the format SMP-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX is created in your browser, allowing login from any device. Store the token securely, such as in a password manager.

The server stores only the hash, not the token itself, so lost tokens cannot be recovered. Please keep your token in a safe place. While logged in, you can create a new token from the dashboard.

While logged in, generate a new token in the account settings on the dashboard. Once a new token is created, the previous token will no longer work for login. Regenerating the API key also enhances security.

After your first top-up, submit a support ticket in your dashboard. Include your order code or transaction ID for faster verification. Responses appear in your dashboard ticket view.
