Privacy Policy

1. Information We Store

• Hash value of the login token and account code
• IP address during signup and login (for account security and enforcing the 3 accounts per network rule)
• Browser language and device type (for matching display language and format)
• First visit path (which page or link was used to enter)
• Order history, top-up and payment history, balance change history
• Transaction ID for Crypto Payments (Used for Top-Up Verification and Support Requests)
• Content directly written by the customer in the support ticket

2. Information We Don’t Store

Login tokens are not stored on the server. Tokens are only verified through their hash value, so even company staff cannot view your token. Therefore, you must securely store your token yourself.

3. Cookies

• Session cookie: Maintains login status. Set to httpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it.
• Language Cookie: Remembers the Language Selected by the User.
• First visit path cookie (ref_src): Remembers the initial entry path for 30 days.

4. Retention Period

Account, order, and payment records are stored while your account is active and retained longer for dispute resolution or accounting. Login IP logs are kept only for security verification. Upon deletion, all records except legally required ones are removed.

5. Security

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS, and tokens are stored only as hashes. Management screens are accessible only to authorized operators, and payment records are handled by a separate payment server.

6. Services We Work With

We do not sell or provide customer information to third parties for advertising purposes.

• Payment processing server: Company-operated server handling crypto deposits and balance updates.
• Cloudflare: Used for website transfer and security (traffic protection, attack blocking). Technical information like connection IPs may be processed during this.

7. Customer Rights

Customers can request to review stored information or delete their account. Account deletion is supported via support ticket when the balance is zero. Once deleted, the same token cannot be used to log in again.
